Carey Civitella’s 24+ year career in the marketing industry has included internal and external relationship management for various brands, such as Sovereign Bank, Lancaster General Hospital, PECO, ACE USA, Midas Mufflers, KFC, Rita’s Water Ice and Camelback Mountain Resort and Waterpark.
Most recently, Carey has served as the Director of Account Management at Sovereign/Santander Bank. There she managed a team of Account Executives – who were responsible for overseeing the marketing and advertising campaigns for all business lines within Sovereign Bank. Prior to working for the bank, Carey was a Senior Account Manager at LevLane Advertising in Philadelphia, PA.
With experience from both the Agency and Client side of business, Carey understands the true value of relationship management.
Katie Kring-Schreifels recently graduated from Temple University with a degree in Public Relations and Art History. While in school, she was a communications intern at both large and small arts non-profits in the city. As Account Coordinator, she develops social media content and campaigns while executing clients’ marketing needs.
Mike Rifenbury graduated from Temple University with a degree in Film and Media Arts. He has several years of experience in a variety of management roles, leading large and small teams. Mike also has freelance experience doing design work on logos, motion graphics, 3d modeling and animation, and websites.
Rich Caserta has over 25 years of advertising experience and has worked on prestigious campaigns such as AT&T, General Motors, DeBeers Diamonds, Avon, Folgers, Pepsi, & Pep Boys Auto. Rich has extensive experience in all facets of advertising design including print, television, web design, digital, outdoor & branding.
Always pushing the creative envelope, Rich was a primary player in the development of a new form of advertising for AT&T: An interactive comic book, featuring the work of the creator of Ren & Stimpy, he also created the General Motors Campaign for the company’s North Star Engine.
As a testament to his abilities, Rich has won a Gold Lion Television Award, an AD Club New York Award, and a One Show International Print Award.
